Kundalini Yoga Meditation is a time-tested practice that engages multiple senses and elements of the body and human experience including: movement, tension, breath, sound and meditation.
As a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, I draw from approximately 5000 different meditation practices that were originally taught by Guru Ram Das and Yogi Bhajan. Many of these practices target specific life challenges and they have clinically-proven therapeutic benefits.
The techniques in this system are also used to help people achieve enlightenment, increased sense of wellness and health, and for the purposes of increasing vitality and longevity.
Practice of Kundalini Yoga can help you connect with your "inner voice" or "True North" and it serves as a compass for one to find their Golden Path.
