I offer a different approach to therapy; bringing science-based techniques fused with mindfulness and meditation, looking at the whole you.

This work involves exploring, untangling, reworking patterns of thinking, developing and nurturing mind-body connection and tuning awareness and connection to the nervous system while using techniques like mindfulness, meditation and breathwork. My clients appreciate a balanced understanding of current/modern healing approaches that are mind, body, spirit oriented to address PTSD, anxiety, depression, sex and intimacy concerns and building and maintaining relationships.

They are courageous, working through the personal or ancestral lineage of trauma and on their path to being more aligned with their inner truth.
