Emotions can come on fast and feel overwhelming until you learn how to listen to the body. I created this five minute guided practice for my clients and now I am offering it to you.

Think of it as a quick reset for the moments when everything feels a little too loud inside and your body is reacting before you even notice what’s happening. Use it to refocus, help your body soften, and find its way back toward balance. Just you, your breath, and a few cues that help the nervous system settle so you can feel yourself again.

Use it as the first step in learning how to work with your emotions rather than fight them. A way to pause the story, drop back into your body, and remember that you still have choices.
